The key RESPONSIBILITIES of a successful candidate are:
* Daily trading in bulk quantities of mobile phones and tablets, closing deals.
* Managing and developing relationship with the assigned clients and suppliers to achieve the planned sales target
* Active search of new potential business partners on the target markets.
* Regular communication with the existing contacts.
* Gathering and analyzing received information about the products, which are traded.
Representing the company on international fairs and exhibitions: CEBIT (Hannover), CTIA (Las Vegas), GITEX (Dubai)

* success-oriented.
* knowing how to handle stress and work with tight deadlines.
* able to work independently.
* able to assess the risk vs the potential benefit of an operation.
* able to constantly improve the financial results of his/her activity.

The Russian Club in Hong Kong is inviting young ladies and gentlmen to become a part of a beautiful opening ceremony of the Russian Ball in Hong Kong (on the 6th of March 2016), which will formally begin with the Polonaise dance. Paying tribute to the great past epochs, the Russian charitable Ball in Hong Kong seeks to revive the great traditions of Russian balls abroad and draw attention to Russia’s history and rich culture.

To register as a Debutante* or a Debutante’s escort please send an email to russianclubhk@gmail.com with the following information:

*A debutante (from the French d?butante, «female beginner») is a young woman making her debut. Traditionally a debutante is a girl or young lady from an aristocratic or upper class family who has reached the age of maturity and, as a new adult, is introduced to society at a formal «debut» presentation.

** Age requirements:
• Debutantes (young ladies) should be no older than 25, unmarried.
• Debutante’s escort (gentlmen) should no older than 30, unmarried.

Successful candidates will be required to attend ballroom dance lessons prior to the Ball.

POSITION: Administrator, CA — Russia

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support in the processing of Contract Administration functions for Russia in the Consumer Products division of the company

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter contract details into a global contract management system based on the requests from business teams, and ensure compliance with Contract Administration Policy and Procedures
• Draft license agreements, amendments, contract related documents and invoices based on standard templates
• Liaise with local teams in Russia to clarify contract terms, resolve issues and design solutions
• Send out license agreements and contract related documents and follow up with licensees and local business teams regarding the status
• Address questions from licensees regarding contracts
• Prepare contract management reports to regional contract administration and local business partners, and maintain records of contracts and other related documents
• Ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned by the Supervisor and Regional Manager

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years work experience in business administration or related fields
• Systematic, punctual and hardworking
• Strong communication and analytical skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Mature and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle simultaneous functions
• Good command of written and spoken English and Russian (Russian is a MUST)
• Proficiency with computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• University graduate, preferably Business Administration, English Language Studies, or other related disciplines
